My thoughts on laying down one’s life is to put our wants or wishes on a back-burner when we see a brother or sister in need. Like, do I really need a new fishing rod and reel when I’ve already got 7 of them??? Lots of scriptures come to mind as far as examples of assisting the least of Christ’s brethren.
